Sun City Music Festival Returns to Ascarate Park

Sun City Music Festival returns for its 7th year at Ascarate Park. Featuring world famous DJs and entertainment. 

 El Paso County Parks and Special Events will work with Sun City Music Festival Organizers to maintain a hotline during the Sun City Music Festival to address unintentional sound delivery throughout the event Saturday, September 2nd and Sunday, September 3rd. Calls will be received and callers will be asked to provide information such as the sound being heard, and an address or cross streets. This information will be used by the sound technicians to determine possible solutions.

Our goal is to mitigate unintended sound delivery and to be good neighbors. Please call the hotline at 915-771-2380 at any time, to report unacceptable sound levels.

The operator will request specific information, such as the address you are calling from, which will assist in the correction of the issue. The information will remain anonymous and will not be stored for any purpose. If high call volumes occur, a voicemail system will be ready and calls will be returned within 30 minutes. In coordination with the sound technicians, we will take all steps possible to remedy the issue and improve the community experience.
