Welcome to the Fall 2025 Season at the Sportspark! 

We're thrilled to welcome all coaches, families, and future sluggers to another exciting season at the Sportspark! Fall is a great time to sharpen skills, build teamwork, and most importantly-- have fun on the field! Whether you're a returning coach, a first-time volunteer, or a new family joining our league, we're excited to have you be part of our community. 

Our league is built on sportsmanship, growth, and a love of the game. As we head into the fall season, we look forward to creating unforgettable memories and giving every player a chance to learn, grow, and shine.

Mandatory Sign-Up Meeting

Date: July 7, 2025 - July 18, 2025

Location: Sportspark Administration Office (1780 N Zaragoza, El Paso, TX 79936)

It is required that every head coach attend this meeting in order to book an appointment and register their team. We will be available July 7 - July 18 during office hours. 

Hours of Operation: 

Monday - Thursday (2:00PM - 7:30PM)

Friday - CLOSED

Saturday (10:00AM - 3:00PM)

Sunday - CLOSED

Team Registration is by appointment only and operated on a first-come, first-served basis via email--but here's the catch: appointments can only be made by attending the mandatory Sign-Up Meeting (July 7 - July 18). Don't miss out, act fast!

Team Registration: July 21, 2025 - August 6, 2025

Registration Requirements

• Minimum of 9 players required: (Player registration and parental acknowledgement fall forms must be completed). No less than 9 players will be accepted.

• Coaches' Acknowledgement Forms: All individuals listed on your coach registration form, including those who will be in the dugout, on the field, or assisting throughout the season, must complete the acknowledgement form for each team they will be involved with. This applies to any additions made during the season. Each coach must sign an individual acknowledgement form for each team they assist. Forms for multiple teams should not be combined. No exceptions. Any instances of falsified paperwork will result in consequences.

• Original Birth Certificate are required for new players to the Sportspark. Please note that participation in tournaments held at the Sportspark does not fulfill this requirement.

• Payment must be made via credit/debit card, cashier's check, or money order. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

• Incomplete paperwork will not be processed. We will not register any team until all required documents are submitted.

• Appointment Compliance: Please adhere to your scheduled appointment time. Each team should have only one representative attend, and only one appointment per team.

• Player Registration: Players must be assigned to a team before registration. Individual registration will be available starting August 11th, during office hours, for walk-ins from teams that have been formed. Players must be registered at least 24 hours before their first game.

• Deadline: The final day to add players or coaches to your fall roster/team is October 9, 2025.
