ABout US:

The El Paso County Sportspark is a state of the art regional sport facility in El Paso, Texas. The forty-five 45-acre complex is located on the far east side of El Paso and consist of a 10-field lighted complex, 6-fields measuring at 300ft. batting cages, pro shop, quick service concessions, and an upstairs restaurant.

Boasting competitive sports leagues for athletes of all ages, baseball, softball and t-ball are just some of the opportunities one can partake in while at the Sportspark. The state of the art tournament facility hosts local youth, adult baseball, and softball leagues throughout the year along with special events.

SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION

TEAM REGISTRATION:
January 7th-9th, 13th-16th, 21st-23rd & 27th

Mandatory Head Coaches Meeting
Date: January 6th, 2025
Location: Oasis Bowling Lanes: Brick & Tap (1660 N Zaragoza, 79936)

It is required that one representative from each team attends the meeting in order to book an appointment and register the team. Please refer to the designated time below for your team's session. Attendance for the entire meeting is mandatory for it to be valid.

Meeting Schedule:

  • 4/5U TB, 6/7U TB, 7U Coach Pitch & 8U Coach Pitch: 6:00 PM

  • 9U Baseball - 11U Baseball: 6:45 PM

  • 12U Baseball - 14U Baseball: 7:30 PM

Tentative Dates:

  • Start Date: February 2nd and/or 18th, 2025

  • End Date: June 18th, 2025

 

Get ready for an exciting opportunity! Registration is by appointment only and operates on a first-come, first-served basis via email—but here's the catch: appointments can only be made after the coaches' meeting, and only if your team attends! Don’t miss out—email Desiree Gomez at degomez@epcounty.com to secure your spot. Be sure to scan the QR code provided in your pamphlet, which will be handed out at the meeting. It will direct you to an email, all you would need to do is fill in the required information. Times and dates can be found in your pamphlet as well. It is your responsibility to book your appointment. Act fast!

 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 10 players required (Player registration and parent acknowledgement spring forms must be completed). No less than 10 players will be accepted.

  • Spring Coaches’ Forms: All individuals listed on your coach registration form, including those who will be in the dugout, on the field, or assisting throughout the season, must complete the acknowledgement form for each team they will be involved with. This applies to any additions made during the season. Each coach must sign an individual acknowledgement form for each team they assist. Forms for multiple teams should not be combined. No exceptions. Any instances of falsified paperwork will result in consequences.

  • Original birth certificates are required for new players to the Sportspark. Please note that participation in tournaments held at the Sportspark does not fulfill this requirement.

  • Payment must be made via credit/debit card, cashier's check, or money order. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

  • Incomplete paperwork will not be processed. We will not register any team until all required documents are submitted.

  • Appointment Compliance: Please adhere to your scheduled appointment time. Each team should have only one representative attend, and only one appointment per team.

  • Player Registration: Players must be assigned to a team before registration. Individual registration will be available starting January 28th, during office hours, for walk-ins from teams that have been formed. Players must be registered at least 24 hours before their first game.

  • Deadline: The final day to add players or coaches to your spring roster/team is March 25th, 2025.

  • If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Desiree at degomez@epcounty.com to request a makeup date and receive further information. If you attend the late meeting, you will only be designated to register your team on the dates we have selected for you.

  • Multiple Teams: If you have more than one team, you must schedule separate appointments for each team.

Youth Leagues

The Sportspark's main objective is to provide a safe and specialized venue for all the participants of the Sportspark's organized youth baseball program. The objectives of the Sportspark contribute to the advancement and more importantly, the enjoyment, of organized youth sports in El Paso County.
